Ingredients:

Ginseng leaf (85 percent), tapioca starch (15percent)

Directions for use:
Mix 30g of ginseng powder with 1 liter of water and stir the mixture until completely dissolved, about 3 minutes.
Bring the mixed solution to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Then use a strainer to remove any residue.
Pour the mixture into a mold or bowl and let it set. When eating, you can add sugar, ice, or ginkgo nuts (refrigerating it will make it taste even better).
