Processing Method:Pepper is ground to approximately 0.7mm to retain maximum essential oils and spiciness. Lemon leaves are manually destemmed to reduce bitterness and retain the essential oils.
The sweetness from vegetables and mushrooms replaces MSG to maintain the fiber content. Rich in minerals, Himalayan pink salt combined with various natural spices creates different salt flavors.
